I'm Sarah Varisano, and for the last ten years I've been building Luna, a Philadelphia hospitality group that has grown to include a full-service restaurant, a corporate cafe, a wine program, and multiple locations across the city.

A decade of ownership has taught me that a great hospitality business is built on the parts guests never see, thoughtful menu design and pricing, a well-planned floor, tight operational systems, the right equipment, and a team that knows what to do without being asked. I've built those things from the ground up more than once, and I understand what it takes to get them right, and where the pitfalls tend to hide.
